Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the 18 April 2023 meetings were reviewed. Weston Beal moved to 
approve the minutes. Randy Wolff seconded. Without objection the minutes were 
approved.


Call for opens:


AR review:
 - Weston will check with Atul on the idea of 2 error or warning messages for 
   loading AMI executables.

 - Bob and Randy will create 2 bug reports for the EMD NC signal issues.

New ARs:


Discussion:
a.	IBISCHK720 – Test Randy’s 7.2 Files, Randy Wolff and Bob Ross work on two 
    BUG reports related to a Warning for a legal syntax and a Caution message 
	for an [EMD Pin List].
    The parser and these bugs were presented in the IBIS open forum meeting 
	last friday. Bob sent the source code to parser owners (count 14). Bob is 
	still gathering executables. Mic Schader sent the Red Hat Linux 
	executable. David Banas said he will send Mac executables. The ibischk_wip 
	folder on the web site is still being populated. Randy will create 
	checksums for downloadable files from the ibischk folder. After files are 
	uploaded, the _wip folder will be linked to be easily accessible.
    Randy asked about test cases for EMD pins. Is the test case available in 
	the source code distribution? Bob confirmed that the test files are in 
	various qa folders under the source code folder.

b.	Generate other executables, upload on IBIS Site, After IBIS OF approval, 
    distribute Source Code to License Owners
    Bob sent the link to the source code to parser owners. Bob asked Jose 
	Godoy to pay the invoice for parser development.

c.	Pending BUG regarding Platform in AMI – Weston Beal will investigate 
    further and possibly propose two messages, one for static library, one for 
	dynamic library.
    waiting on Weston to ask Atul about this issue. Then the wait will be on 
	Atul to reply.

d.	Quality Specification and checklist power aware discussion (continuation)
    no work this week no this issue.

a.	Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) investigation (Security fixes 
    continuation), (TSCHK2, BUG6)
b.	TSCHK2 V2.02 BUG5 and BUG6 (implementation on hold)
